Hanoi is quite sensible communist capital; the culture of the city was destroyed many times by the various wars that took place in the Hanoi’s soil. Also it keeps going around their traditions. Their culture is no way is guided by any politics or ideologies. The soul of Hanoi is due to the age old customs which are part of the local’s day to day life.
