Metro

This service is made available by Metrô Rio by two sub way lines. Voyaging by metro means reaching towards your destination safely and quickly. Tickets can be bought from station.

Taxis

The taxis are running through meter system and they are easily available from roads of the city.  The yellow-colored taxis are inexpensive. You can also opt for radio taxis however are comparatively expensive from their counterparts. Even red and blue colored taxis are also hired which are easily available from airport.

Tram

The trams are running into the city from the year 1891 and presently, much number of tourists are opting for the service as compared to locals. The Santa Teresa Historic Tramway or bondinho , the electric tram will amuse you with its service along with being safe and speedy.

Boat

The boat service is available from Rio to its nearby city Niterói.
