After the sun sets everyday the new night in Bangkok starts. The madly going around traffic takes little break. The nightlife of Bangkok is quite famous for many things be it shopping or be it lightings. The discotheques, the pubs, restaurants, cinema halls, clubbing and many more such options are available for those who wants to explore the city in night. For the first-time goers finding few of these places can be a tough task. The nightlife in Bangkok can be grouped into three categories dancing, drinking and food. Shopping in Bangkok is one of its most popular attractions not just for the tourist but also for the local residents. So just make your way towards the shopping malls which are one of their kinds, also use the street-shopping option which is very much economical. Local shops have a reputation for shopping as well as bargains are their specialty. Visit Chinatown, around Sampeng Lane; Pahurat Textile Market; Pratunam Market for ready-to-wear clothing, or Suan Lum Night Bazaar for silverware, furniture, jewellery and gift items also Sukhumvit Road for antiques and handicraft shops and Siam area which has mostly all high-end shopping malls where sophisticated and funky clothes are available.

A tour to the huge weekend market that takes place in the outskirts of the main city at Chatuchak is quite adventurous. Nearly 15,000 stalls are set on display which cover a variety of items ranging from electronics to dry fruits and books to clothes mostly everything is available at quite economical rates. Beside Chatuchak is Or Tor Kor Market which is also one of its kind. These two street shop market should be on to-go list of all the tourist coming to Bangkok.

Petchburi Shopping is supposed to be the mother of all IT malls in Bangkok. Pantip plaza is the one who offers a varietypratunam center of IT products such as softwares, CD’s, DVD’s etc. Next to Pantip plaza is the Platinum fashion mall. Other malls in Bangkok are City Complex, Pratunam Center, CentralWord, Big C hypermarket, Gaysorn, the Erawan Bangkok, Amarin Plaza, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery Center, Siam Square, and MBK.
