The travel guide continues on its way across the many plateaus, river, lakes and mountains of Africa.

Kenya:

There are many national nature reserves and parks in Kenya. The Masai Mara Game Reserve is one of most popular national parks. There are great sights to behold here in the best game park in Kenya. The Serengeti unleashes the majestic sight of the migrating wildebeests. Although the buzzing population of tourists can be a disadvantage, it is one of the best places to see the cheetahs, lions and the leopards in action. These big cats are a pleasure to watch.

Masai Mara Game Reserve

Mombasa is the second largest city in Kenya. This city is rich due to the Swahili culture it inherits. The food of the old town is out of the world. The nightlife is colorful and enchanting. The three beaches are delightful to relax and enjoy. From the city you have safari tours.

Samburu National Reserve has all the big cats of the jungle along with country animals like gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, oryx. It is also home to the rare Grevy’s zebra. Elephants, hippos and buffalos add to the wide array of animals. This nature reserve is located in the northern region of Kenya.

Gambia:

A gathering of stones which are said to be the burial moulds of the ancient kings. This is known as the Wassu Stone Circles. A World heritage sight these mysterious stone structures are believed to be erected before the 8th century.

Banjul is a bustling sea port. It is full of markets selling a variety of crafts and arts. Banjul also has a lot of resorts on the sea front.

The now classic ‘Roots’ the book by Alex Hailey has its roots in the place known as Juffure. It is synonymous with the African struggle for equality and rights. It is the home of the Kunta Kinte and a must see for roots devotees.

Egypt:

The city of Cairo attracts tourists and visitors from round the world. The history and the mystery involved in the Pyramids and the Sphinx brings one and one here.

Water sports and activities can be enjoyed at Hurghada. This place has pristine clean beaches and clear waters. Luxor has the beautiful luxor temple. It is also famous for the Valley of the Queens, the Valley of the Kings, and the tombs of the Noble.

Abu Simbel is not be missed when on a trip to Egypt. Ramses and Nefertari have two of the most beautiful temples in the entire country. El Gouna is a resort town situated on the edge of the Red Sea. Sharm el-sheik is the best place in the entire world for diving. It is also the largest tourist centers in the Arab world.

Alexandria is the famous city of the old world. It is also a pleasant city to visit in the new world. This place has a lot of history attached to it.

Ghana:

Cape Coast is one of the oldest cities of Ghana. It has a lot of historical importance with relation to the slave trade. Cape coast, Elmina Castles are renowned slave castles. Kakum National park is also a good place to visit. You can unwind and relax at the serene and clean Elmina beach.

Kumasi has a lot to offer. The palace of king Ashanti is situated here. It also a base city to visit other prime locations. The Lake Bosumtwi, Owabi wildlife resort and Bonwire can be the other destinations to travel to from Kumasi.

Accra has plenty of cultural sites with historical relevance waiting to be visited.

Madagascar:

The Parc National de L’Isalo is a great place for stunning views and sights of the sun rise and sun set. Hiking is the best way to make most of the wonderful terrain. Among the fauna Lemur is a much sought after animal here. Lemur spotting is good pastime here.

‘Nosy Be’ is Madagascar’s number one premium resort destination. There are several other small islands located nearby. This place is well known for its nightclubs and restaurants. The beaches are stunning and marvelous. There are also are lemur reserves which will definitely keep tourists engaged.
